real age

There is a great website created by Dr. Micheal Roizen called RealAge® where you answer a serious of questions based on your lifestyle choices like exercise, eating habits, stress, etc. and it estimates your real age.

In one of the sections of the questionnaire it ask if you take vitamins and if so how often and how much of vitamins do you consume. The RealAge® test would not ask if you take vitamins or not unless it was an important factor in your health and vitality.

Vemma is the most complete liquid nutritional supplement on the market today. Vemma is also simple because you simply drink one 2 oz serving a day. No more choking down pills.

If you give your body proper nutrition it can do amazing things!

Below are the questions that are asked on the RealAge® test in regards to vitamin supplements.

Do you take Vitamin Supplements?

Below is how you can fill the form out based on the nutritional value of one 2 oz serving of Vemma. Due to the propitiatory formula of Vemma and the mineral content Vemma does not give the potassium break down so I guessed. • Thanks, Tyler ...that bit of new info dropped my RealAge back to under 30 (29.9)!!!

What is yours and Mimi's RealAge? :-)
  • When I put the Vemma info in it dropped my RealAge by 1.5 years. I would say spending money on Vemma is worth the expense.

Even better we get our Vemma for free.

    Thanks for the comment!

I guess I don't fully understand the Potassium link. I am 54, does that mean I need 4,700 milligrams of Potassium daily? How much is in Vemma? That would be like 48 Potassium caplets. Ugh!
