Over the next 90 days we are going to challenge ourselves to accomplish some goals and will be posting our results as we go.

These goals are all geared towards bettering our overall health and fitness while helping others reach their health goals as well.

When you have a goal and you share your goals with others you are much more likely to accomplish your goals because there is an accountability aspect that others hold you to. I went to an Anthony Robbins seminar in my mid 20′s and one thing Anthony Robbins said if you want to reach your goals right down your goals on a business card and hand out to 10 people that will hold you accountable. So if you want to get something done tell everyone so there is NO way you will not follow through on your word.

Below is a list of our 90 Day Challenge goals:

1. Hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back in one day. Total trek of about 20 miles.  (√ Done) Update Post

2. Ride our tandem bike in the 2011 El Tour de Tucson. Which is a 112 mile bike race in Tucson, Arizona.  (√ Done) Updated Post

3. Mimi compete in the Tucson Tri and win age group. (√ Done) Update Post

4. 20 people or more started on 90 Day Challenge to lose 5 pounds or more and document their weight loss success.

5. Help 25 people or more on success team qualify for FREE BMW. (√ Done) Updated Post

6. Hit Ambassador by December 31, 2011. (√ done 10/31/11)
