January 2012 Giveaway Rules:
- Every time you enroll one person with and Execute Success System (ESS) in the month of January 2012 you can enter your name into the giveaway as a way of increasing your odds of winning. For example enroll 10 people in the month with an ESS and your name will be entered into the drawing 10 times. NOTE: You must fill out the form below for each ESS you enroll to have your name put in the drawing again.

- Must be on our ViSalus success team.
- Achieve 1 and or 2 fill out the form below and you will be entered into the drawing.
