Hello Tyler and Mimi,
I would like to tell you how wonderful it is to share my story with our Vemma/Verve friends.
I live in Seattle, Washington and went hiking with a co-worker on Mt Rainier, last Saturday, April 26th.. The Muir Base Camp is about 10,000 feet in altitude and the air is very thin as one can imagined and the sky was absolutely as blue as could be and unusually warm (about 68 degrees). My friend had reached the base camp first, by noon, only to realize that he had lost his water bottle somewhere in route.
“Unbeknown st” to him, I had slipped a can of Verve into his backpack prior to the hike and when I met up with him, he was a bit panicked having no water bottle. I let him know where it was in the side pocket. He had never tried Verve before and after downing the can straight away, he felt his energy returning, not to mention quenching his thirst. It was good toasting Verve at 10,000 feet. The hike down the mountain was a bit easier since we could slide down some areas “by the seat of our pants.” LOL . We still had enough energy to hike a small canyon by a huge waterfall on the way down the mountain!
We couldn’t pass up the chance to photograph the attached shot!
