vemma-and-verve-booth

As the weather warms up and we approach spring, summer and fall there are tons of opportunities in any area to do a Vemma and Verve booth. We have done tons of them with success. We learned the hard way in the beginning and have perfected the booth over time and would like to share our knowledge with you.

Vemma and Verve Booth Dont’s

  • Think you can build your business just around doing booths and booths only. Booths are great exposure that will lead to business down the road.
  • Don’t show up unprepared. The more professional and prepared you are the better you will do and people  will take you serious. There have been many times where people think we are the company because of our set up.
  • Don’t exhibit at a crowd you know nothing about. It helps to be able so speak the language of the crowd you are exhibiting for.
  • Don’t just hand out literature thinking people will go to your website to order product. They may order online and it may not be through your site.
  • DO NOT hand out V2’s. Have V2’s on display so people can see them but do not give them out. Your booth will get expensive if you do. Keep an eye on them because people will try to take them.

Vemma and Verve Booth Do’s

  • Have a check list of items planned out ahead of time so you don’t forget something.
  • Have your Vemma and Verve chilled when serving.
  • Ask for the sale. If you don’t ask people for orders on the spot you will lose them. They may order online but you may lose them to someone else if they go to the wrong website.
  • Put your personal stickers on all your literature so people will know how to contact you or where to go to order the product.
  • On your stickers use a website the is easy to read, short, catchy etc. that forwards to your Vemma or Verve website. That way they will not end up on someone else’s website and you won’t lose the sale. For example, the website we use is www.usavma.com that forwards to www.mimiandtyler.vemma.com. Check it out.
  • Have order forms ready to be filled out. Take the orders on paper and then input the order in the system when the booth is over. If you try to input the orders in on the spot you will lose other sales because you will not be able to talk to people as they are walking by. It is a numbers game; the more people you talk to the better your odds become.
  • Smile :) . A smile will pull someone right into your booth.
  • vemma cycling jersey

  • Have a show special that will make it hard for someone to say no. For example we give away a FREE cycling jersey if someone signs up for a 1 pk at our booth.
  • Get a Vemma tent.
  • Get your Vemma and Verve wear so you look professional. www.vemmavervewear.com

NOTE: As always focus on your core business by leading a growing group of people to consistently do a few simple actions over a sustained period of time. The booths are designed to do in addition to our simple 3 step system of 1) Taste 2) Share 3) Follow Up – and not as a replacement to build your Vemma business.

I am starting to some booth's and have an in with a tri in Oct. How would I be able to get some of those cycling jerseys? Thanks

    Dan
  • Q: thanks for the info!
We are doing alot of expo's/booths-- could u pls explain to us what you first say to people as they approach the booth?
and if you only had their attention for about a minute or two- how do we keep their attention-- we are trying to improve our techniques with dealing with the public, we would appreciate any words of wisdom. thanks

A: First we smile. Second we ask them if they want to taste a sample of Vemma. We let them taste it and see what their response is. Many times they will start to ask you questions. Which is good. Get them talk by you asking questions about them. Don’t come on too strong in the beginning. If someone is interested it is important to ask them if they want to try a month’s supply of Vemma with 100% money back guarantee.

We use the grocery bag visual. And tell them that in each 2 oz serving of Vemma there is 4 grocery bags of fruits and veggies or the same in Verve.

As you can see from our booth our table cloth says: Ask Me For A Shot and people do.

Plus to the left we have a big pop display of the grocery bag info that we refer to all the time.
  • Hi Tyler would this focus on the grocery bag work well at home events as well?
  • Hi Adrian,

We use the grocery bag analogy all the time. This is my favorite think to talk about in regards to the product. It all depends on the person. It is very impressive! It is what sold me on Vemma.
