This months message of the month Vemma’s CEO BK Boreyko interviewed Vemma Ambassadors Lanny and Deena Morton. It was a great hard hitting interview packed with some great information we can all learn from. If you are not a Vemma Success Club member you are missing out. We can’t wait to get our monthly “message of the month.” There is always one great idea in the interview that helps us take our Vemma business to the next level.
Lanny and Deena started out as product users in 2004 and did nothing with the business for nearly 2.5 years. As always, timing is everything in this business and some things started to change with their online Ebay business which made them start searching for a better way. Although they were extremely successful with their business they were exchanging hours for dollars and tired of dealing with headaches of running a business like employees, overhead, liabilities, etc. They began searching for a better way. As Deena was drinking her Vemma one morning she asked Lanny, “I wish there was a way we could show people how to make money and get paid in doing so,” not realizing that what she just drank was the answer.
Lanny quietly started working the Vemma business while Deena sat back and watched. Lanny quickly went to Diamond and then went backwards and got frustrated and nearly quit at one point. They both had an “A Ha” monument while listening to Tom Alkazin speak about the power of a system and duplication. They began to implement the Roadmap To Success giving themselves and others tracks to run on and their Vemma business began to explode. Nearly 2.5 years later they are now Vemma Ambassadors and have created a 6 figure residual income. Their hard work and dedication to the business has paid off.
When they speak to people they do a great job asking questions and being more concerned about others than themselves. When talking to people they are always looking to contribute to 4 key areas and say if you can help people in these 4 key areas you will have a great effect on people and be successful in Vemma.

- increase other energy level
- help others to increase their wealth
The Vemma annual convention is coming up the first part of 2010 and Lanny and Deena talked about how important it is to get yourself and others in your group to convention. Convention is a necessary part of SUCCESS in Vemma because it raises your belief level and confidence explains Lanny and Deena. Lanny then went on to say that for every 1 person you get to convention your downline will grow by 100 over the course of the next 12 months. We would have to agree with Lanny. Our business and income has nearly doubled almost a year later.
