The choice of words you use when sharing Vemma and Verve can have a huge impact on the outcome of what  you are trying to communicate. If you have ever listened to any of Anthony Robbin’s materials he is always talking about “transformation of vocabulary” and how the words you use have an effect on the pictures you create in your head and the minds of others.

Fear is created by the pictures painted by the words that are used. If you use words that do not create fear you will be more successful when talking to others about Vemma and Verve.

Below are a list of words you can use in daily communication for Vemma.

  • Autoship = Auto Delivery
  • Member = Brand Partner
  • Down-line = Success Team
  • Home Meeting or Home Event = Product Tasting, Business Reception, Cash Flow Class, Money Mixer
  • Network Marketing or MLM = Direct Marketing
  • Cost or Price = Investment
  • Selling = Sharing
  • Sign = OK, Approve, Authorize
  • Problem = Challenge
  • Objections = Areas of concern
  • Cheaper = More economical
  • Customer = People we serve
  • Prospect = Future Vemma brand partner
  • Appointment = Visit
  • Tell = Share

  • Great post, I agree that it's all in the verbiage sometimes. The simplest things can turn a worried, unsure prospect into a comfortable, curious prospect...which in turn leads to positive, productive conversation about THEIR wants and needs!
