4. Achieve  1 and or 2 fill out the form below and you will be entered into the drawing.
5. Lastly comment on the post below by introducing your newest ESS team member to the team, or you are getting your product for FREE and the success you have had or having on the Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge.

On June 1st or 2nd 2012 we will film the drawing to select 2 winners of the $50 bucks for a total of $100 post it on our blog and put the money in the mail to the winners.
