It is time to set new goals for our 2nd 90 day challenge for 2012.

During (April-June 2012) we are going to challenge ourselves to accomplish some goals and will be posting our results as we go.

These goals are all geared towards improving our overall health and fitness while helping others reach their health goals as well.

When you have a goal and you share your goals with others you are much more likely to accomplish your goals because there is an accountability aspect that others hold you to. So if you want to get something done tell everyone so there is NO way you will not follow through on your word.

Below is a list of our 90 Day Challenge goals for the 2nd quarter 2012:

  1. Tyler to compete in the Whisky 50 mountain bike race in Prescott, Arizona on April 28, 2012.
  2.  Tyler and Mimi to compete in the Iron Horse Bike Classic in Durango, CO on May 26 thru 28, 2012.
  3. Tyler and Mimi to compete in The Dipsea Race on Sunday June 10, 2012. This is a really hard race to get into that is in Northern California.
  4.  Day hike from the South rim of the Grand Canyon down to Havasupai falls and back. Total trek of about 20 miles. (we missed this one last 90 days, life happens so it is back on the list)
  5.  Help 3 other people get to Ambassador Rank and making a 6 figure income!

Check out the video below on what the Iron Horse Bike Classic is all about.

PS: If you have some 90 day challenge goals please share below.

One of the main reasons we are so passionate about sharing the ViSalus Body By Vi Challenge with others is that it is truly changing people’s lives.

When someone takes on the Body By Vi Challenge and makes new health and lifestyle choices it brings us great satisfaction knowing that we are making a difference in the lives of others.

The transformations we are seeing on our own success team and the entire ViSalus community are absolutely amazing.

Check out the video below of a few of the 1st quarter 2012 ViSalus Body By Vi Challenge Champions that were awarded at the recent event in Kansas City, Missouri.

Haleigh Steere had a wake up call when she nearly lost her father 48, to a heart attack. He had 90% blockage in the left ventricular artery and 80% in 2 other arteries along with 2 blood clots in his heart. This had a huge impact on Haleigh and made her realize that she was heading down the same path and needed to make a change!

On December 11, 2011 Haleigh decided to take the ViSalus Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge by getting a Transformation Kit. Her goal was to lose 35 lbs in 90 days.

Haleigh surpassed her goal and lost 37 lbs and 20 inches in 90 days! Wow!

Haleigh has started her 2nd Body By Vi 90 day challenge to lose another 30 lbs and fit into her senior prom dress!

If she does not meet her goal she will shave her head. “There is NO option!” she said.

What an awesome transformation! Way to Go Haleigh! You are such an inspiration!

Another great year at the 2012 Epic Rides Kona 24 Hour Mountain Bike Race in the Old Pueblo. Big shout out to Todd Sadow, staff, volunteers team crew and support for putting on a great event.

This past weekend we competed in a 24 hour mountain bike race as a part of our 1st 90 day challenge in 2012. What a great weekend!

Mimi road on a 4 person team, 3 guys and a chick, with a friend that I grew up with and lived next door all of my childhood life named Jim Greer. It was great to see Jim and his brother Chris Greer. Jim has been on ViSalus for the past month and committed to losing weight and getting fit. Prior to the event Jim lost 20 pounds and is on a mission to get back to his high school weight of 170 pounds. Great job Jim!

I was riding in the corporate division with a great group of guys on team Area 51. Every year we go head-to-head with a bunch of great teams and it always comes down to the last lap. After 24 hours of racing we took 1st place! Great job to Team Hosie Cow Cirrus for pushing us to the limit. As you can see from the results it was a battle in the desert… Results

Hey Dan Taylor if you are reading this thanks for bringing your rig out and crewing for us. Dan was the man! Your midnight message before my 2 AM night lap did wonders for my legs.
