Do you Surface Swim or Do you Power Down? The key to massive growth is applying the Power Down Concept which is working in depth and building relationships. Ok so you may be asking what the heck is “Power Down?”
First let’s take a look at a mistake that many make which is Surface Swimming. It was a huge mistake that we made as we started to build out success team. Surface Swimming is defined as only working with the people you enroll and not getting connected with other brand partners on our success team.
Power Down is defined as working with people in your down-line that are taking action regardless of who the enroller is. When Powering Down take a look at your genealogy in your Vemma back office and find those that are building both sides of their organization the left and right. You are responsible for forming a working partnership and setting brand partners up for success regardless of who the enroller is. Go where the heat is and get them connected with other upline leaders and plugged in to the Vemma Action Plan System.
If you always work with the newest Vemma brand partners that are excited about what Vemma has to offer from a product and opportunity stand point you will never run out of people to work with. As a result, you will continue to duplicate causing your income to grow.
By working towards the bottom of your geneology with the newest Vemma brand partners you will find people that are excited about wanting to learn more about what Vemma has to offer which will put people into action. Everyone wins because now you are creating momentum which helps motivate everyone.
The more clearly someone sees the future the more confidently they work in the present. Dr Tom Barrett
