Tyler and Mimi Ford our proud to have Pam Reed as a member of our team. Pam has been a long time friend and a real inspiration to us. Anytime we are training and racing and it gets painful we ask “what would Pam do?” She would never give up!
Pam Reed is an extraordinary athlete and pushes her body to an extreme running ultra-marathon events with distances of excess of 100 miles. She competes with the best of them and is right up there with the top men.
When you do anything to an extreme it takes a toll on your body. Pam was looking for the nutrition that her body needs to maintain her training and racing and Vemma is the answer and Vemma is for athletes.
All athletes should be on Vemma! Vemma is super liquid nutrition your body so needs!
Pam Reed is the two-time reigning champion of Badwater, the 135-mile race from California’s Death Valley to Mount Whitney that is considered the world’s toughest running event, and the first person – male or female – to run 300 miles straight without sleep. She is also American women’s record-holder in the 24-hour run (138.94 miles).
Pam has completed more than 100 races exceeding marathon distance, including several Ironman-length triathlons and 20 races of 100 miles or more. She is founder director of the Tucson Marathon.
Pam has appeared on David Letterman, The Tony Danza Show, CNN and was also featured on 60 Minutes.
Pam has also been featured in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Running Times, Sports Illustrated, and Runners World.
