    thanks, tyler…there was a problem with mine though – in that, if you were NOT logged in (which would be the case for most people who would, say, click on a link from an email signature) my “landing page” would not show up correctly. in other words, it wouldn’t show that little “teaser” of “is this the brian hedgpeth you were looking for?…these are a few of his friends and a few of his music, movies and television likes” etc.

    i found the way to correct it was: account >> privacy settings >> “edit your settings” under “applications and websites” >> “edit settings” button beside “public search” >> checking the “enable public search” box
