Definition of Ebb:

  • the flowing back of the tide as the water returns to the sea ( opposed to flood, flow).
  • a flowing backward or away; decline or decay: the ebb of a once great nation.
  • a point of decline: His fortunes were at a low ebb.

Definition of Flow:

  • to circulate: blood flowing through one’s veins.
  • to proceed continuously and smoothly
  • to rise and advance, as the tide ( opposed to ebb).

There is an ebb and flow to life, relationships, jobs, energy levels, finances, and building your home bases business. As we head into and end the holiday season, it is normal for your network marketing business to ebb and slow down.

We have learned over the past years that the middle of December through the 1st of the year it is normal for volume and activity to slow down. We have learned to enjoy the ebbs of the business knowing that the next flow is just around the corner.

THE EBBS AND FLOWS ARE NORMAL SO RELAX AND ENJOY!

Things you can do during the holiday to enjoy the ebb and prepare for the next flow:

  • Work on you! Your network, bonus check, wealth, relationships, etc. will all grow only as fast as you do.
  • Get organized. Create a data base of your leaders, customers, and prospects.
  • Look at what the top leaders in the Network Marketing Profession are doing and begin to model them. Success leaves clues.
  • Create a life plan and set goals for the year.
  • Read some good books on personal development.
  • Enjoy family and friends.
  • Exercise, eat healthy, and limit alcohol intake.
