There is a great website created by Dr. Micheal Roizen called RealAge® where you answer a serious of questions based on your lifestyle choices like exercise, eating habits, stress, etc. and it estimates your real age.

In one of the sections of the questionnaire it ask if you take vitamins and if so how often and how much of vitamins do you consume. The RealAge® test would not ask if you take vitamins or not unless it was an important factor in your health and vitality.

A hard-to-believe thing about Vemma and Verve Energy Drink is that one 2 oz serving of Vemma or 1 Verve has the nutritional value of 4 grocery bags of fruits and veggies.

I don’t think you could choke down enough pills in one swallow to get the same nutrition!?

Vemma uses fructose because it is an all-natural compound/sweetener that is known to have the lowest Glycemic Index* of any of the simple sugars. Because of this, fructose results in lower blood glucose levels after ingestion, making it the preferred sweetener for individuals with diabetes and other insulin-related problems.** Additionally, fructose works the best in terms of mixing capabilities and taste masking properties.
