The other day I had an email from a downline member Allison Stone asking this questions.

This might be a dumb question but if you had any tips to a person starting out with Vemma, what would you tell them?

It is not a dumb question its a GREAT question so I decided to do a blog post giving our Vemma words of advice!

• Keep it simple!
• Stay Connected!
• Say less to more.
• Success leaves clues – don’t reinvent the wheel copy what the Vemma elite team is doing.
• Complete the Road Map To Success and follow it!
• Invest in yourself – Your bank account is only as BIG as YOU!
• Subscribe to Success Magazine.
• Believe in: Product, Company, Industry and Yourself!
• “Yes Man” – watch the movie and live by the principles and philosophy of the ”Yes Man”
• Do something every day – Work on your business NOT in your business!
• Take responsibility – - It is not up to your up-line to build your downline.
• Enroll 2 builders every month and teach them to do the same.
• Don’t prejudge.
• Get connected with your center of influence on Facebook and Twitter.
• Go do things – Be active – Live life!
• Be humble & grateful.
• Never quit on a bad day!

This past weekend we drove to California for the 2009 Wildflower Triathlon and had a great time. A big thanks to everyone we camped out with (Ross and Tammy Lamb, Diane Dedek, Susy Bacal, Oley and Sharon Sheremeta, Franz and Jennifer Rischard and Damian Hill who finished 4th overall) that shared in good food, great stories and tons of fun!

One of the many reasons we are committed to the success of Vemma is to allow us the time freedom to live a healthy active lifestyle while promoting the worlds most complete liquid nutritional supplements Vemma and Verve. Vemma gives us the energy we need to compete at the highest level.

Mimi had a podium 3rd place finished in the 45 to 49 age group. Great job! There is some stiff competition at Wildflower. The Wildflower triathlon is considered one of the toughest half Ironman in the country.

After the race Ross Lamb and I cooked up some serious burgers! Ross had an awesome race and beat his time from the previous year by 20 minutes. Way to go Ross! Ross is a big fan of Vemma and Verve. Pictured below Ross with his double cheese burger.
