For those of you that have never been to one of the Vemma’s leadership conventions you are in for a real treat. We have now been to two of them. One in San Diego, Ca in August of 2007 and one in Las Vegas in February of 2008. Vemma rolls out the RED carpet for its members.
You do not have to run for President to be Presidential. If you are a Presidential Leader Rank or higher you get special treatment. During the convention you get front row leather executive chair treatment. Plus you get a front row table at the awards dinner. I common question we get is “If I have a certain monthly income goal how many cycles and members do I need and what Vemma Leader Rank do I need to achieve my income goal?”
Ruth Elliott says it best: “If you can cycle 1 time you can cycling 100 times. Just duplicate what you did to cycle 1 time over again and again.”

For example lets say you wanted to earn an additional $1,000 a month. Going to the worksheet you would need to be a Diamond Leader cycling 20 times in a 4 week period.
Building your Vemma business is all about keeping it simple and duplication by enrolling 2 members who are on a 2 pack autoship and teaching them to do the same. If you were to enroll 2 new members to Vemma and teach those 2 new members to do the same you would have a downline of over 2,048 members within 12 months.
Obviously if you enroll more than 2 new members this will help to ensure your growth happens quicker.
Where a lot of people get hung up is they think their entire downline is 100% of their own efforts which is far from the truth. You get credit for all Vemma consumption below you regardless of whether or not you enrolled the member.
This business is all about exponential growth. It starts out slow and at times you feel as though you are doing all the work. Eventually your downline takes on a life of its own and becomes like a run away train; you could not stop it if you tried.
This weekend we competed in a 3 day bike stage race in Phoenix, Arizona called the Valley Of The Sun Stage Race.
The three days consisted of a time trail on Friday, road race on Saturday and a criterium on Sunday.
Our performance from day-to-day was great. We downed Vemma and Verve over 3 days which we feel helped our recovery and performance.
On Sunday 10 minutes before the criterium I down a Verve. For those of you that do not know what a criterium it’s “go” from the gun as the strong riders force the pace and the weaker ones struggle to hang on. Quick acceleration and bike-handling ability are paramount — a successful criterium rider will be able to dive into a tight corner at high speed, leaning the bike over at a gravity-defying angle, then power out of the turn and instantly set up for the next. It’s important to stay near the front; the first few riders in a pack can take a corner with little or no braking. Those toward the back jockey for the best “line” through the turn, brake, then sprint to catch up with the pack as it accelerates, developing an “accordion” effect.
During a criterium you need to be focused because one wrong move can cause a crash. I have to say I felt awesome and had a great ride even winning a prime sprint finish.
My team mate Scott Biaggi won the criterium. Scott has been taking Vemma now for over 4 months.

Building your Vemma business and being successful is NOT about landing the ONE BIG fish. It is about building one fish at a time.
Ruth Elliott tells a great story about a presentation she did with a room filled of 500+ downline members. The numbers that I give you may not be exactly right but you will get the picture.
Ruth Elliott asked the question how do you build a Vemma business?
Her answer was one person at a time. She then asked the people that she enrolled to stand up. So 15 people stood up. She then asked the people that were enrolled by these 15 people to stand up. Then another 50 people stood up. She then asked the people who were enrolled by these 50 people to stand up. Before you knew it all 500+ people in the room were standing.
So the moral of the story of how to build your Vemma business is one person at a time.
As of this blog post, we have enrolled 44 people who are on active autoship. Those 44 people have grown to over 3,300+ downline members in 9 months. Again how do you build your business? One person at a time.
Then what happens? Your down line becomes like the picture below. A BIG FISH!
While we were at the Vemma Las Vegas convention 2008 Bethany Alkazin was on stage talking about how wonderful a Neti Pot is.
We had never heard of a Neti Pot. So when we got home we went on-line and purchased a Ancient Secrets Ceramic Nasal Cleansing Pot, 1 Neti Pot
