As of  August 2007, I decided to resign as a loan officer from First Magnus Financial Corp to pursue other opportunities outside of the mortgage industry. First Magnus Financial had done some things that I thought were unethical; consequently I decided to leave First Magnus Financial.

My resignation was prior to the collapse of First Magnus Financial, so the timing could not have been any better.

I want to thank Realtors, friends, family, clients, escrow officers, appraisers, Doug Olson, June Pereyda, Jim Storey of WebHouse1616, Frank Williams of Frank Williams Design, Renee Booker of Long Mortgage and Cirrus Visual for helping me reach a high level of success. I am grateful to all of you that supported me over the years and could not have done it without the help of others.

I am a lifetime Arizonan, raised in Tucson and a graduate of Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.

I have a great deal of experience in the real estate field. I was initially a real estate agent and then investor. It was as an investor that I became involved with Charter Funding in 2000 and developed an interest in the mortgage industry. I became recognized in Tucson as a mortgage-originating leader.

I also have a passion for health and nutrition and am an athletic enthusiasts; enjoying the entire outdoor benefits Tucson has to offer.

I believe "There are many things in life you get a second chance at like relationships, finances, and careers. Your health is one thing that you do not get a second chance at. So why not take care of yourself?"

I have a new excitement for life because I am now pursuing other opportunities that I am passionate about.
